Product description

Reactive waterproof membrane (pre-laid polymer self-adhesive waterproof membrane) is a newly developed multi-layer composite waterproof material with excellent performance, including a layer of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bottom film and a layer of HDPE bottom film. Strong adhesive film with strong adhesion of film and reaction sand, and reaction sand particle layer after special treatment. The waterproof membrane can achieve high-strength bonding with the cast-in-place concrete through the cross-linking agent coupling and bridge action, which can completely prevent moisture from seeping into the gap between the waterproof membrane and the structure, that is, to prevent "water channeling" and is not affected by the displacement of the base layer , No need to use a protective board, you can walk on it, you can also place cast steel reinforcement directly on the pad support or block, which can effectively prevent gas leakage, biogas escape, also has excellent resistance to plant root puncture and backfill cut Features.

1. 1. Base surface treatment
(1) After pouring the fine stone concrete cushion, water should be collected, compacted and smoothed in time. If there are defects such as honeycomb, hemp surface, cracks, gaps and holes, 1:2.5 cement mortar should be used for leveling. The plane of the cushion layer should be solid, flat and clean, and can be wet but there must be no clear water, otherwise it should be plugged and drained in advance to avoid hindering the construction of the waterproof layer.
(2) The outer layer of the outer layer of the inner layer of the outer layer of the pile, the ground connection wall and other protective structures, the surface can be leveled with concrete, cement mortar, etc. The flatness of the base should meet D/Ls1/6, Where D is the maximum depth between two adjacent convex surfaces and L is the minimum distance between two adjacent convex surfaces. When the flatness does not meet the requirements, 1:2.5 cement mortar should be used for filling and smoothing. Before the base concrete is completely hardened, sharp and protruding debris, such as stones protruding from the surface of the base, should be removed.
(3) Reinforcing steel and bolts protruding from the surface of the base layer should be cut from the root, and the cut part should be covered with 1:2.5 cement mortar to smoothen the treatment. The thickness of the covered mortar should not be less than 20mm, and the coverage should meet the flatness requirements of the base .
 
2. Construction Technology of External Prevention and Internal Pasting
(1) The process of cleaning the base layer of the flat pre-laying coil material of the bottom cushion layer → the base surface elastic line-positioning and empty-laying pre-laying waterproof coil material-lap joint processing-detail node processing-self-testing-repairing-acceptance-lashing reinforcement 1. Pouring the bottom plate structure concrete; when laying the first pre-paved coil, first place the coil on the base surface according to the elastic reference line, and the smooth smooth surface of the high-density polyethylene sheet of the coil The base layer, the surface of the weatherable particle layer is directed to the construction personnel, and the position of the coil is carefully corrected. The length of the overlap between the adjacent second web and the first web in the long side direction is not less than 70mm. During the lap operation, first tear off the separator paper at the lap of the coil, pay attention to keep the lap at a clean, dry, There is no dust. When performing lap bonding operation, the air in the lap edge is discharged immediately, and it is pressed firmly by the pressure roller. Repeat the above operations until the entire flat web is laid. For short-direction lap joints, special glue or tape should be used and pasted tightly, and the width should not be less than 70mm.
(2) Construction technology of pre-rolled coiled material for side wall facade Enclosure leveling of the base layer of the facade leveling-inspection-cleaning-elastic line of the base-positioning-mechanical fixed laying of pre-pavement waterproof coiled material-lapped joint processing-detailed node processing One self-inspection, one repair, one acceptance, one binding steel bar, one pouring side wall structural concrete; when laying pre-rolled coiled material on the vertical wall, first align the pre-rolled coiled material on the base layer of the enclosing structure wall according to the position of the elastic line. The smooth surface faces the permanent envelope, and the weatherable particle layer faces the structural concrete wall. Use mechanical fixation to fix the coiled material on the supporting surface of the envelope wall. The nailing position should be 5mm away from the outer edge of the self-adhesive edge of the coiled material. According to the actual situation on the spot, it can be mechanically fixed every 500mm on the long side of the coil. During construction, tear off the isolation film on the surface of the long-term reserved self-adhesive lap edge for long-side lap, and at the same time ensure that all nailing points are covered by the lap edge of the adjacent coil. Immediately after lapping, it should be rolled with a pressure roller to ensure the seal is firmly adhered. For the short lap edge of the coil, the coil should be mechanically fixed every 500mm or so according to the site conditions, and the nailing position should be 5mm away from the outer edge of the coil. After the nailing operation is completed, use special glue or tape to seal the lap seam on the short side, and ensure that all the nailing points are completely covered by the lap edge of the lower web.
