PVC membrane roof 1.2mm-2.0mm
PVC waterproof membrane is an excellent high quality polymer waterproof sheet, made of PVC resin by adding plasticizer, anti-UV agent, anti aging agent, and stabilizer and other processing aids through extrusion and molding. As the highly-recommended product by the Ministry of Construction, it is featured by high tensile strength, great elongation, good stability,small shrinkage, low-temperature performances, good resistance to weathering and root penetration, and long service life.
H ( homogeneous polyvinyl chloride plastic waterproofing sheets ) is the principal material used on exposed roof applications, in vacuum or mechanically attached systems. These roofing systems are suitable for new build and refurbishment applications, flat and pitched roofs. It is reliable, and convenient for construction.
L (polyvinyl chloride plastic waterproofing sheets backed with fabric ) is manufactured from pliable PVC with a reinforcement of nonwoven polyester. The PVC contains stabilizers, which make the product resistant to high and low temperatures, UV-resistant and makes it flame retardant.
P (polyvinyl chloride plastic waterproofing sheets internally reinforced with fabric ) is a with a laminated polyester fleece (or glass fiber fleece) on its interlayer and can be installed directly on old roofing underlay. We recommend that all roofs have an inclination of minimum 1:40 to provide positive drainage.
G (Polyvinyl chloride plastic waterproofing sheets internally reinforced with glass fiber).Add the Short cut glass fiberor Glass fiber nonwoven fabrics in the sheet, on the mechanical properties such as tensile properties had no significant effect, only improve dimensional stability.
GL (Polyvinyl chloride plastic waterproofing sheets internally reinforced with glass fibers and backed with fabric).Add the Short cut glass fiber or Glass fiber non-woven fabrics in the sheet, and non-woven fabrics such as polyester composite membrane under the polyvinyl chloride plast. High quality pvc rolls with waterproofing made in chinaic waterproofing sheet surface.

PVC membrane roof Note:
1. Do not put the membrane on a pollution, water and ice ground.
2. Construction of waterproof layer operations can't be crossed, device shall be installed on the waterproof layer, parts should be done to strengthen the basis of device and to take protective measures.
3. Do not touch the waterproof layer with thorn sharp objects after it's has been completed, don't put sundries or any additional buildings above the waterproof layer to avoid damaging it.

Roofing project (GB50207-2002)
(1) The strength, thickness, moisture content and other indicators of the construction base should meet the design requirements of the national standard before the construction of PVC waterproof coiled materials.
(2) Determine the laying direction and order of the planned coiled material, and arrange it naturally on the base layer according to the outline of the waterproof layer. Flat and straight, no bending, overlap according to the overlap width required by the specification.
(3) Fix according to the selected fixing method, such as mechanical fixing method, full sticking method, strip sticking method, etc.
(4) Welding overlapped parts of the water coil should be wiped clean and dry, and hot air welding is used. The welding tip is at a 459 angle to the welding direction during welding, and the pressure roller is parallel to the welding tip and kept at a distance of about 5mm. The bright-colored melt oozes out and there should be no scorch.

(5) The end of the coil is fixed with a bead, sealed with sealing paste, and sealed with cement mortar. (6) After the construction of the waterproof part of the whole project is completed, a comprehensive quality inspection and treatment will be conducted.

Underground engineering (GB50208-2002)
(1) The strength, thickness and moisture content of the construction base should meet the design requirements of the national standard before the construction of PVC waterproof membrane.
(2) The construction method should be reasonably selected according to the different waterproof parts, and the GB50208-2002 standard should be specifically implemented.
(3) The overlap width of the coil should be 100mm, and the lower coil should be pressed against the upper coil.
(4) Multiple welds should be used for lap joints, and the welding width of a single weld is not less than 100mm.
(5) The laying of PVC waterproof coiled material should be smooth and firmly fixed with the foundation, without sagging, tension and damage. The construction of the next process can be carried out after inspection and confirmation.
