Product description

 

The special SBS modified asphalt waterproof membrane for roads and bridges is based on polyester felt, styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer, random polypropylene or random polyolefin (APP) As a modifier, the two sides are covered with polyethylene film, fine sand or mineral granules and other isolation materials, which can be curled and made of sheet-shaped waterproof material.

 

 

1. It has all the features of APP/SBS.
2. It has higher heat resistance and better high-temperature shear resistance, which can ensure that the waterproof layer is not damaged during the high-heat asphalt concrete paving.
3. Strong anti-corrosion ability, able to withstand bare rolling equipment and puncture of pellets during construction.
4. High tensile strength, high elongation, and high bonding strength with concrete.
5. No foaming and stratification, good water impermeability, able to withstand repeated action and hydrodynamic pressure of driving.
6. Good acid, alkali and salt resistance are not affected by freeze-thaw cycles.
7. Good resistance to humanization and fatigue.

 

 

Self-adhesive, SBS, APP1 type coils are mainly used for paving asphalt concrete. APP I coils are mainly used for paving asphalt concrete mixtures.

Hot melt method, cold bonding method and hot and cold combination method
Coil materials can be constructed by hot melt method or cold bonding method alone, or cold and heat combined method, that is, cold bonding method for large areas, and hot melt method for lap joints. Hot melt method: use flame spray gun or blowtorch Bake the bottom surface of the coil and the surface of the base layer to melt the asphalt on the surface of the coil. While baking, roll the coil forward, and then roll it with a pressure roller to make it adhere firmly to the base layer or the coil.
Cold bonding method: First apply the adhesive evenly on the waterproof base layer and the coiled material, and then paste the coiled material after a little bit of cooling, and then use a pressure roller to squeeze out the air under the coiled material to make the coiled material flat. Tightly and firmly stick to the base layer or coil.


Construction machinery and accessories
Construction tools for cleaning the waterproof base: shovel, broom, dust blower, hand hammer, steel chisel, etc.
Construction tools for coil paving: scissors, tape measure, elastic box, scraper, brush, pressure roller.
Dedicated hot melt machine: single-head or multi-head hot melt spray gun or blowtorch. Accessories: primary treatment agent, coil adhesive, closing layering

Coil paving
Before construction, the bases that have passed the acceptance should be cleaned up, and the dust at the edges and corners should be blown away.
1. Apply the base treatment agent uniformly and do not apply repeatedly.
2. After the primary treatment agent is dried, the roof waterproofing project and the underground waterproofing project need to be laid additional layer treatment according to the design requirements. *Determine the laying order and direction of the coiled material, and stretch the line at the base layer, and then lay the coiled material, and paste different parts of the coiled material according to the following requirements.
3. Roofing: the coiled material and the base layer are pasted or striped; the circumference of the roof should be fully pasted at 800mm; the sloping roof pasting area is more than 70% between the coiled material and the coiled material and 100% fully pasted;
4. Basement floor: the coil and the base layer can be fully glued, point glued, strip glued or empty, but the coil and the coil must be fully glued;
5. Basement wall: the coil and the base layer and the coil and the coil should be all pasted;
6. Additional layer: the general parts are all pasted, and the deformation joints are allowed to be empty.
7. The order of paving is high span first, then low span; at the same height, first far and then near; same-plane, paving from low.

12. Parallel to the ridge of the roof, the lap joint should be laid along the direction of the flowing water. When perpendicular to the roof, the joint should be laid along the prevailing wind direction.
